There is no limit to the number of login accounts, including for school computers and teachers within the unit. Prices may vary based on the project scale.
2. Included Services
- Online system updates as soon as a new version is released or when there are changes in guidelines or standards from the Ministry or Department of Education and Training.
3. Warranty and Technical Support Policy
- The system is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage: All technical issues arising during use. The warranty does not cover issues caused by viruses or interference from other systems.
- Method: Issues will be resolved via the internet or phone. If unresolved, on-site support will be provided within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
- Free guidance and consultation via phone and internet throughout the system's usage and operation.
4. Quotation Scope
This quotation only applies to schools within Vietnam’s basic education system. For professional education, vocational training, and other customer groups, pricing will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
