2. Commercial Policies
a. Warranty and Technical Support Policy
- The system is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage: All technical issues arising during usage. The warranty does not cover issues caused by viruses or interference from other systems.
- Method: Issues will be resolved via the internet or phone. If unresolved, on-site support will be provided within 48 hours of receiving the notification.
- Free guidance and consultation via phone and internet throughout the system's usage and operation.
b. Quotation Scope
This quotation applies only to schools in the basic education system in Vietnam (including Primary, Secondary, High Schools, and the Departments of Education and Training, District Offices of Education and Training, and equivalent units). For professional education, vocational training, and other customer groups, pricing will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
c. Quotation Validity
- This quotation is valid for 6 months from the date of signing.
