1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive customer information through the company’s communication channels and forward it to the relevant departments according to the workflow process.
Handle customer complaints through various communication channels, provide suitable solutions and alternatives within deadlines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Adhere to procedures, guidelines, and communication policies.
Propose the development of workflow between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Perform other tasks as required by direct supervisors.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and effective time management.
Proactive in work.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
