1. What will a B2B Sales Specialist do?

A B2B Sales Specialist represents CLS in interacting with customers and businesses, maintaining connections with clients during and after the successful implementation of CLS services. The specialist is a key point for optimizing deployment and increasing the effectiveness of the software.

Job description for the B2B Sales Specialist position at CLS:

  • Conduct searches, build, and develop relationships with partners such as business owners, L&D departments, and university and college principals.
  • Consult and promote partnerships for using the eLearning training system.
  • Propose solutions for organizing product and service implementation, demos, negotiations, and contract signing with clients.
  • Implement, support, and care for clients before and after sales to ensure effective application of technology in business operations.

2. Compensation and Benefits for B2B Sales Specialists:

  • Base Salary: Up to 15,000,000 VND/month + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus + Business Growth Bonus
  • Unlimited income potential (Average 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND/month)

3. Requirements

  • Male or Female, aged 22 – 29
  • Preferably with experience in B2B sales, sales to businesses, or experience in L&D training, HR roles in companies
  • At least 6 months of sales experience
  • Honest, dynamic, highly self-motivated, and eager for personal development
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan and execute tasks proactively on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Good communication skills, flexibility in handling situations (B2B clients), and a willingness to learn
